ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission Criteria:

1- The admissions open twice a year for fresh intake of Montessori (Start Of April  and Start of September respectively).

2- Age requirement for Play Group (PG) is 2.5 to 3 years. 

4- Age requirement for Pre-Kindergarten (Nursery) is 3.5 to 4 years. 

3- Age requirement for Kindergarten (KG/Prep) is 4.5 to 5 years. 

Admission Procedure :

Step – 1

Parents must first register their child in the Office of the Montessori. Please ensure that registration of your child does not guarantee admission.

The Office can be approached by contacting us through given contact number/email/Contact form at Pages of this site “Contact Us”. Parents can also visit us for their child registration.

Step – 2

After registration, the child must appear for an entrance test/orientation. The date of the entrance test will be provided at the time of registration.

Step – 3

If the child clears the entrance test, parents will be given an admission form. The admission form to be filled in very carefully (in BLOCK LETTERS) and submitted along with the following documents & requirements:

  1. Child’s B-Form
  2. Two photographs
  3. Copy of School Leaving Certificate (if the child has attended another school before)
  4. Father’s or Guardian’s ID Card copy
  5. Payment slip of admission & Tuition Fee.
  6. Statement of  physical / mental / behavioral / Health Issue (If Any) with the child.

General Rules:

Whenever individuals live together, discipline is necessary and, this is especially true of an educational institution. This discipline is formative, not repressive, it leads the student to develop self-control, which is the essence of a well ordered and successful life. Therefore, the school requires of its students to conform to certain rules regulations, aimed at the growth of the entire school, and more so, of the individual student.

  1. The students should follow the code of conduct in the Montessori, cleanliness, wear neat & tidy dress, reasonable haircut & punctuality. 
  2. The student who intends to leave the institution, should apply to the Principal for this purpose at least ten (10) days in advance. The application must be signed by the parents/guardian.
  3. The school leaving certificate will only be issued to a student whose fee/other dues have been cleared by the parents/guardian.
  4. The name of a student will be dropped from the school rolls if (s) he remains absent for 6 days or more in a month, continuously or otherwise, without prior approval. Such cases need to re-apply for admission within 15 days and will be required to pay admission fee as per school policy.
  5.  Security Charges (if any) will only be refunded if the students complete one year at Little Angels Montessori & Activity Home.
